Playing a team sport is beneficial in many ways

members. Another benefit is the interaction
between players. Your teammates can motivate
you when you're feeling tired and the friendships you form can last forever. Participating
in sports also helps you concentrate on your studies. It teaches you how to focus and
think strategically; it sharpens your mind. Finally, playing a team sport provides a healthy
break from sitting all day and studying, because you use energy that you may have built
up during the day from the pressures of school. Team sports have numerous advantages
for all students.
